CHOCOLATE COCONUT BONBON
I didnt want to spent my money buying bonbon, so I
start searching some recipes, so in 5min I was at the market choosing the ingredients.
ingridients:
- 1 canned sweet milk
-100g dryed coconut
-4 egg yolk
just put everything on the pot and heat it, you must move all the time with a wood spoon or silicone until the filling condensed. Turning off the fire and left the filling rests for 2 hours. After that you roll ball n cover with sugar, the size up to you.
Grate the chocolate and melt it!
last step is to dip in chocolate the coconut ball and put on the fridge, voila!
